Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our client’s ServiceNow ecosystem. You will lead technical design, provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with our existing technology stack. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strategic vision to deliver solutions that align with our business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement scalable and robust ServiceNow architecture solutions aligned with our goals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow's strategic roadmap.
  • Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required.
  • Oversee the configuration of workflows, dashboards, and reporting to meet business needs.
  • Develop custom applications or integrations where needed.
  • Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, including financial tools, CRMs, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and efficient data exchange between integrated systems.
  • Define governance processes for the ServiceNow platform, including version upgrades, change management, and release cycles.
  • Promote adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and ServiceNow development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand business needs and provide solutions that deliver value.
  • Act as a key advisor to stakeholders, offering technical expertise and insights on ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and system administrators.
  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proficient in configuring and scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, AngularJS).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), web services, and data migration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Highly desirable.
  • ITIL Foundation certification – .


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
