SERVPRO Sales Estimator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Base salary $50k-$60 depending on experience + bonuses. Total comp estimated to be $70k-$80k.

SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson is looking for a Sales Estimator to manage non-emergency leads, develop scopes of work, and drive revenue growth. If youre detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

Contact assigned leads and schedule site inspections.

Perform thorough inspections and develop detailed scopes of work.

Deliver accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization.

Coordinate with the team to schedule and execute services efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field .

Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software .

Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record (subject to applicable law).
