What You’ll Bring



* Proven experience in a senior engineering role within FMCG or manufacturing.



* Apprentice-trained or equivalent NVQ Level 3 qualifications.



* Strong leadership and team management skills.



* Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.



* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and modern manufacturing techniques.
