Shift Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionJob Description1st Shift Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Montgomery, IL
Schedule: 6:00am-4:00pm
Pay rate: 24.00-30.00
Duties:

• Maintain or repair facility and molding equipment as assigned per work orders
• generated by molding personnel.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Receive directions when required from management regarding priorities and
  requirements for maintaining an efficient and effective operation.
• Answer technical questions and / or get answers for molding personnel when
  necessary. Identify and order spare parts and services to maintain and / or repair equipment in a
  timely manner.
• To work with outside contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed
  correctly.
• Maintain or repair assembly automation and fixturing.
• Repair mold electrical and mechanical issues as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity/Electronics, Hydraulics
• Knowledge of basic Injection Molding Press operation
• Knowledge of basic molding auxiliary equipment.
