Shop Diesel/Automotive Mechanic - Level I

Ellingson is hiring for a Level I Shop Mechanic to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

*This position is based out of our shop in HARWOOD, ND.

The Level I Shop Mechanic will be responsible for the following:

Assist and learn to repair and maintain equipment and vehicles.

Learn to operate equipment to diagnose problems and inspect equipment for defects.

Learn to maintain proper record keeping.

Requirements:

1 year of relevant experience and education.

Limited travel

Ability to work in shop environment

Must have valid license or Class A CDL, or willingness to obtain.

Medical Examiners Certificate required.

DOT certification, or willingness to obtain.

Learn to assist with large variety of repairs.

Maintain a high level of organization with all shop and job aspects.
