Site Administrator (Construction Experience Essential)

Carmichael are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a Tier 1 contractor to work on a major infrastructure project based in Birmingham.



Construction experience is essential for this position.



you will be reporting to the Project Manager, will be responsible for the management, distribution and filing of documents required for operational efficiency, regulatory and legal compliance for our project.



Responsibilities and Tasks Include:



Receive, log and distribute project documentation in line with Plant on Site



Review and update technical documents.



Creation, maintenance and coordination of document registers.



Scan, copy and store documents electronically.



Retrieve files as required and distribute to project teams.



Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.



Create systems and templates



Carry out general office administrative roles in support of the project team.



Minimum Requirements:



Proven experience as an administrator or experience within a similar role.



SharePoint (essential for the position)



Experience of working with many file types.



Excellent IT skills (Microsoft office & Excel)



Full driving license
