Site Based Fire & Security Service Engineer
Job Opportunity: Site Based Fire & Security Engineer Wanted near to the Stockport Area!
We are working with a highly reputable Fire & Security company who are currently looking for an experienced fire and security engineer to join the team in a site based position!
This role is purely service-based with no installations required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
* Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire and security systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide technical support and training to clients on fire and security systems.
* Collaborate with the client to assess their fire and security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations
Key Requirements:
* Experience with service and repair of fire and security systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and similar equipment.
* Must hold relevant electrical qualifications.
* Relevant qualifications in fire and security engineering or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What’s on Offer:
* Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 (depending on experience)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 5:00 pm
* Overtime: Time and a half/double time rates
* Holidays: 25 days
* Additional Perks: PPE and electrical equipment provided
* Vehicle: Company car or van plus fuel card
