Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 1-5 years of experience in construction management Strong knowledge of site supervision and quality control Ability to handle and coordinate manpower efficiently Experience in conducting construction site inspections Excellent communication and teamwork skills candidates need to prepare Bill of materials, need to prepare construction quantities Work location: Kerala (KAYAMKULAM, KOCHUVELI) Qualification: BE Civil engineering Experience: 1+ year Preference to experienced Salary packages: 1) 18 to 20K for experienced for 1 - 2 year 2) 20 - 23 K for experienced fro 3-5 year 3) 15-18 K For fresher (Accommodation, petrol allowance will be provided Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee construction projects Manage site operations and ensure quality control Supervise site activities and manpower handling Conduct construction site inspections and ensure compliance Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BoM)
