This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a Fit out Contractor as a Site Coordinator/Site Manager on an 11-week contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in overseeing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position is ideal for an individual who brings expertise and a proactive approach to site management.\n  \n Package: £240 per day (11-week contract)\n Location: Liverpool\n Company: Kingsley Consulting are partnered with a Fit out Contractor.\n  \n Role Overview\n The Site Coordinator/Site Manager will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects within a fast-paced environment.

This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing site staff, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\n  \n Key Responsibilities\n \nOversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met \nCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity \nProvide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress \nIdentify and mitigate potential risks to project success \nMaintain comprehensive project documentation and site records \nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies \nAssist in the development and implementation of project strategies \nManage site logistics, including the allocation of resources and scheduling of work  \n Experience & Skills Required\n \nProven experience in site management or a related field \nStrong organisational and time management skills \nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nProficiency in project management software and tools \nDetail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset \nRelevant qualifications or certifications in site management or construction management  \n What's on Offer\n This contract position offers a competitive daily rate of £240 and the chance to work within a vibrant and supportive team.
