Responsibilities of the Site Electrical Engineer:
- Leading the Electrical Engineering projects.
- Providing technical expertise to the team.
- Taking ownership of the HV networks around the operation, including dealing with the HSE and regulators.
- Developing conceptual designs.
- Working with 3rd party subcontractors.
- Selection for procurement of equipment to suit hazardous classification and more.
- Responsible for HV/LV distribution.
To be successful as the Site Electrical Engineer you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent within Electrical Engineering or related. Ideally the successful candidate will hold the SAP accreditation that allows them to be responsible for the safety of themselves and others in HV areas.
