Qualification: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering Job Responsibilities:
1) Site Supervision & Execution:
Oversee electrical installations and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations. 2)Project Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to align electrical works with project timelines.
Ensure material procurement and usage as per project requirements. 3)Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks or hazards. 4)Testing & Commissioning:
Assist in testing electrical systems, panels, and equipment before project handover.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for on-site electrical challenges. 5)Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain daily site progress reports and update senior engineers or project managers.
Document material usage, work progress, and any challenges faced during execution. 6)Client & Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of electrical components.
Address client queries related to electrical works and provide technical support. Required Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams
Basic understanding of site execution and project management principles
Familiarity with industry standards (IS codes, NEC, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools (preferred)
