We are filling On-Site Summer 2025 Internships in the following department/Engineering areas:
- Quality
- Die Cast
- Production
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Summer Engineering will gain valuable, hands-on, experience in the analyzation of production and manufacturing processes. You will learn to identify opportunities and implement changes that improve quality, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving design, material, or process. candidates must be team-oriented, self-starting, and willing to assume practical application in a professional environment setting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in an Engineering discipline
- Pass pre-employment screening (drug & background)
Desired:
- Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering student with an interest or experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting
- Previous or automotive experience; basic understanding of industrial automation, Auto CAD, SolidWorks, PLC, CNC, robotics, SPS and machine operation
MACI Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST- ON-SITE may be flexible, based upon course schedule requirements
- Ability to start by or before end of May 2025 through mid-August 2025

Compensation Rates:
Freshman: $16.00/hr.
Sophomore: $17.50/hr.
Junior: $18.75/hr.
Senior: $20.00/hr.
