Site Engineers

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our real estate development team on a part-time basis. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address project issues and resolve conflicts Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards Prepare and submit daily reports, progress reports, and other documentation as required Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Oversee site safety and implement health and safety procedures Assist in the preparation of construction schedules and milestones and monitor their progress Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in real estate development. Holding a valid ID permit to work in the United Kingdom. Able to work part-time hours. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is a plus. Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
