Thes role requires a Site Manager with



* Volume housebuild site management experience



* Previous or current experience of working within NHBC standards



* Proven long term knowledge within new build housing



* Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site



* A track record of working to budget and within timescales



Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are essential
