Project Overview: This project involves the construction of a steel frame commercial development, centered around a Starbucks establishment with an integrated car wash facility. Key tasks include steel frame assembly, cladding installation, and landscape integration.



Salary/Rate:



* Contract: £300 per day



* Permanent: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum



Responsibilities:



1. Lead and oversee all phases of the Sunderland-based commercial project, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality, safety, and timelines.



2. Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.



3. Manage and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.



4. Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments as needed.



5. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.



6. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and resolutions.



Requirements:



1. Proven track record as a Site Manager in the construction sector, with a robust background in managing commercial new build projects, particularly those involving steel frame structures.



2. Deep understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and regulatory requirements.



3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at motivating teams and resolving conflicts effectively.



4. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.



5. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.



6. Possession of CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
