Site Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor near Norwich



The Project is valued circa £1.9M and is a CAT B D&B Fit Out project. You will be the number 1 Site Manager on site and responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.



The ideal Site Manager must have:



Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience

Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry

Procore Experience

Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs

Major experience in M+E

Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building

Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently

Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects

Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team

SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Site Manager on this project?
