Site Manager Social Housing\n\nLiverpool, Occasionally Carlise and London (Digs included)\n\nTemporary to Permanent\n\nSalary – £40,000 / £45,000 + Company Van or car allowance\n\nImmediate Start\n\nThe Company\n\nFamily owned building contractor who have developed the resources, expertise and experience to successfully undertake a number of construction projects. From designing and executing expansive ventures in both the private and commercial realms, to specialised refurbishments and swift responsive tasks. Specialising in Planned Maintenance, Reactive & Void Maintenance, New Builds, and Refurbishment.
They also have a separate Fire Stopping division that offers a full advisory, delivery and maintenance service.\n\nAs a result of their success they are currently seeking an enthusiastic –\n\nSite Manager to oversee works on\n\n * Overseeing firestopping, fire signs, fire door closures.\n\n * It will be working on anything from managing a full site to overseeing the maintenance team in the Liverpool area initially and as a when required cover in the Carlise and London areas as and when required.\n\n * Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees\n\n * Production of weekly reports against forecast\n\n * Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures\n\n * Daily paperwork to sign off and inspect completed work.\n\n * Additional paperwork to log work daily that is being carried out on properties.\n\nJob Purpose:\n\nCo-ordination of site activities in order to ensure that construction meets all contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
