They are construction / building company working in housing and are public sector building services specialists. This company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish the homes, properties, with the largest sectors being Social Housing and Local Authorities.\n\nIn this role, you will working in the Nottingham area and will be responsible for overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while sticking to budgets.\n\nThis role would suit a Site Manager, or Site Supervisor looking to take a step up, with a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.\n\nThe Role\n\nMeeting clients and managing their expectations.\nThe first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.\nManaging and production of all aspects of Health & Safety.\nWorking closely with Quantity Surveyors\nThe Person\n\nBackground in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.\nExcellent knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works\nBuilding or refurbishment related qualification of demonstrable experience.\nexperience within the construction industry.\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
