Senior Site Manager
Planned Works / Refurbishment

£60k + Package

The Role:
Regen Solutions are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are making some real traction in the market and currently have some great contracts across the London and the South East.

Due to recent contract wins, they are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to run a planned works scheme across West London.

Key Skills:

\n

\n
• Previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes scheme

\n

• Experience of managing K&B replacements, roof and window installation and concrete repairs.

\n

• Management of sub-contractors and direct staff

\n

• Health and safety talks

\n

• Inspecting works pre and post works

\n

• Liaising with the client

\n

• Attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• SMSTS

\n

• CSCS

\n

• First Aid

\n

• Asbestos Awareness

\n

• Full Driving Licence

\n

\n
