Site Manager required in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire.

What is required for the position?
\n
\n
Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.
\n
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
\n
Experience:
\n
Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
\n
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
\n
\n
\n
Type of project that require a Site Manager:
\n
Inducting staff, auditing roofing works, checking scaffolding, liase with client , sign people in to site, arrange access for client into building to take water samples, needs knowledge of roofing, ideally from a roofing or building background or carpentry/building background.
\n
\n
Other information:
\n
Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30 pm
\n
£250 /per day
\n
\n
