Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of working with automated machinery to lead our fully automated installation project



Key Responsibilities:



* Take charge of all aspects of the fully automated installation project.



* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and uphold company policies.



* Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.



* Organize and oversee daily activities on-site to meet project milestones.



* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.



* Address any site-related challenges or conflicts promptly and efficiently.



* Conduct regular safety briefings and tool talks, emphasizing automation-specific safety protocols.



* Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.



Qualifications:



* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.



* Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.



* Health and Safety certificate.



* Mechanical engineering background or related qualification.



* Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar automated installation or mechanical engineering project.



* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an emphasis on automated systems.



* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.



* Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.



* Demonstrated experience working with automated machinery
