V7 Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager to work with one of our regional Contractors who work across the Uk building commercial and residential schemes.\n\nWhat the client has on offer for a Site Manager:\n\n * Long term contract ( 12-15 months)\n\n * Rate dependable on experience\n\n * Opportunity for continuous work after the contract finishes.\n\nIdeal Site Manager Candidate:\n\n * Experience managing internal subcontractors (1st Fix / 2nd Fix / Snagging) would be beneficial\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * CSCS Card\n\n * Driving License\n\nSite Manager Duties:\n\n * Coordinate trades and labour for the internal packages.\n\n * Monitor site performances against the programme.\n\n * Report directly to the Project Manager on site\n\n * Inductions and Toolbox talks\n\n * Ensuring health and safety is kept to a high standard.\n\nTo apply for this Site Manager role please submit a copy of your CV.\n\nV7 Recruitment are an equal opportunities employer who are acting as an employment agency in relation to the vacancy
