We specialise in connecting skilled construction professionals with reputable companies, projects, whilst ensuring both our clients and candidates receive exceptional service.\n\nJob Description:\n\nWe are currently seeking a Fitout Site Manager to work for our client's Commercial refurbishment in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in Office Fit Out.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nValid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification\n\nCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) NVQ Level 6 or above\n\nFirst Aid at Work certification\n\nFire Marshall\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met\n\nOversee health and safety protocols on-site\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors and site personnel\n\nReport project progress to the main contractor\n\nEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment\n\nRate of Pay:\n\n£250 - £260 per shift\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nIf you meet the specified qualifications and are available to start on the specified date, please submit your updated CV along with copies of your relevant certifications
