With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Management\n * Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects.\n * Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce.\n * Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.\n * Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.\nQuality Assurance & Compliance\n * Ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards.\n * Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.\n * Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and logs.\nHealth & Safety\n * Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.\n * Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\n * Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site.\n * Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.\nQualifications & Experience:\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects.\n * Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods.\n * Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., NVQ, SMSTS, CSCS).\n * Health and Safety certifications are an advantage (e.g., First Aid, NEBOSH).\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.\n * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\n * Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.\nKey Attributes:\n * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.\n * Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.\n * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\n * A collaborative team player who can lead by example.\nWhat We Offer:\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\n * Opportunity to work on high-profile and exciting projects.\n * Career development and training opportunities.\n * Supportive and inclusive company culture.\nIf you are a driven and experienced Site Manager looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, we would love to hear from you
