About the role of Site Manager\n\nAs the Site Manager, you'll be an essential part of to lead the site teams and subcontractors in refurbishment works within the Social Housing sector.\n\nResponsibilities for Site Manager\n\nAssign, manage and take ownership on various electrical works.\nLiaise with the Contracts Manager, site teams and subcontractors to ensure the standards are adhered to.\nMotivate and support employees through appraisals, coaching and training.\nCarry out Health and Safety check to upkeep the quality of works. \n\nRequirements for Site Manager\n\nLevel 4 Qualification (NVQ4/HNC - desirable)\nSMSTS\nCSCS Card\nScaffold Inspection\nUK Driving License.\nExperience within the Social Housing/Construction industries. \n\nWhat we offer for Site Manager\n\nSalary £43k - £50k (dependant on experience)\nVehicle Car Allowance/ Salary Sacrifice Scheme\nBonus Scheme\n26 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays\nAdditional Benefits\nWith a passion for people and development, they work hand in hand within the social housing industry.
