Groundworks / Civils Site Manager \n\nSouthampton \n\nSalary DOE + Package \n\nMy client is a highly reputable building contractor on the South Coast. They are looking for an experienced Groundworks / Civils Site Manager to join their team due to their increasing growth. \n\nProjects include commercial and refurbishment.

\n\nExperience Required: \n\n· Minimum of 3 years Site Management experience within Groundworks / Civils. \n\n· Manage all groundworks on commercial sites. \n\n· Communicate well with Project Managers etc.

\n\nDuties: \n\n· Be able to lead and motivate teams, as well as managing client expectations. \n\n· Ability to implement a high standard of work at a good pace. \n\n· Liaising with onsite operatives, clients & subcontractors.
