Groundworks Plots / Road and Sewers Site Manager\n\nLocation – North East\n\nDuties – Supervising day to day works. Organising and ordering materials through the purchasing department to ensure works run fluidly and on program. Completing quality checks on all works completed and documenting them in line with company procedures and the site manual.

Ensure H&S on site is off a good standard and risk assessments / method statements are followed. Monitoring and checking plant and equipment. Liaising with the client site managers.

Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in line with the company standards. Record day to day activities.\n\nMust Haves – SMSTS, First Aid.\n\nPreferred but not essential – Streetworks, TWS, Lift Supervisor, SEATS or similar.\n\nNot suited to someone who is just hands on theres a lot of paperwork involved for site managers. So need to be able to use the computer, scale drawings on blue beam, find and print drawings as required for the lads etc
