The Role\n\nSite Manager completing refurbishment works on a retail project in Newcastle. This project is due to start on Sunday 2nd March 2025 and is booked in for 1 night shift. \n\nExperience, Knowledge & Qualifications \n\nFor this role you must possess the following; \n\nSMSTS (Essential)\nCSCS Black / White Card (Essential)\n3 Day First Aid (Essential)\nAsbestos Awareness (Essential)\nFire Marshall (Essential)Duties\n\nWrite and update RAMS\nCoordinating handovers and sign offs\nImplement and improve existing procedures\nLead the day-to-day running of site activities\nUpdate and check against the construction Programme\nPreparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc\nResponsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site\nEnsuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.\nCommunicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team \n\nThis is a Freelance position with a competitive rate (£270.00 - £280.00) on offer for the successful candidate.
