This role is a 12-month contract on a high-profile project, requiring a hands-on leader who can effectively manage site operations, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.\n\n * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.\n\n * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.\n\n * Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.\n\n * Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.\n\n * Monitor budgets, materials, and site logistics to maximize efficiency.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.\n\n * Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors.\n\n * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\n * Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices.\n\n * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\n * Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
