Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a freelance site manager in Leeds.\n\nOur client is a specialist shop fitting and restaurant contractor with projects across the UK. They are seeking an experienced site manager to oversee fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Permanent opportunities may be available for the right candidate.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs a site manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining project efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality shop fitting and restaurant projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Overseeing site operations for shop fitting and restaurant fit-outs\n\n * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring efficient project delivery\n\n * Enforcing health and safety regulations and maintaining site standards\n\n * Monitoring project progress, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions\n\n * Liaising with senior management and clients to meet project expectations\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a site manager in shop fitting or restaurant fit-outs\n\n * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills\n\n * Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on time\n\n * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications \n\n * Willingness to work nationwide if required\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * £250 - £300 per day (freelance)\n\n * Nationwide roles available\n\n * Potential for permanent opportunities\n\nPlease apply below!\n\nBy applying to this job, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that can be found on our website at Ionic Recruitment
