Site Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Site Manager for a principal contractor specialising in design, supply and installation of facades and cladding to commercial, industrial and public sector buildings

You will be joining a large rail project in London, carrying out remedial cladding works on stations from Euston to East London across 9 locations.

The ideal candidate will have core and extensive knowledge as a number 1 Manager on site, with a key eye for attention to detail, procedures and construction documentation due to the nature of the rail industry, ensuring health and safety and legislation is adhered to.

• Must have experience as a Site Manager across facades and cladding works

• You will have knowledge of Rainscreen Cladding systems

• Ideally you would have worked within the Rail sector but not essential

• Experienced in core Construction procedures, documentation and legislation

Salary up to £75k (DOE) + Travel
