Site Manager - Planned Maintenance (Harlow)

Location: Harlow
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on a maintenance contract on a block of flats in Harlow, covering scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within the construction or social housing sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

• Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

\n

• Coordinate scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping works, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.

\n

• Ensure project milestones are met, reporting progress to senior management.

\n

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

\n

• Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

\n

• Work closely with clients, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder management.

\n

\nRequirements:\n

\n
• SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness certification (mandatory).

\n

• Minimum 3 years of site management experience, ideally within maintenance or refurbishment projects.

\n

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping.

\n

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth site operations.

\n
