Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on commercial properties in Newcastle on a short-term basis.\nJob Description:\n * Converting pubs into flats\n * Building an additional house’s\n * Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public\n * Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors\n * Buying materials for each phase of the project\n * Monitoring build costs and project progress\n * Conducting quality and safety inspections\n * Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings\n * Maintaining quality control checks\nPersonal Specification:\n * CSCS card\n * SMSTS\n * First Aid\n * Working at Heights\n * Clean UK Driving Licence and own transport\n * Demonstrate good IT skills\n * Good communication skills
