Site Manager Overview:

We’re recruiting a Site Manager to join a bespoke residential developer renowned for delivering exceptional, high-quality projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, heritage, and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the construction of six luxury new-build homes in the picturesque Stratford-upon-Avon, where quality and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:



Site Management: Oversee all site operations to ensure the project stays on track, within budget, and meets the highest standards of construction and craftsmanship.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage subcontractors, specialist trades, and site teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise on-site to maintain momentum and prevent delays.

Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with the client, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations (CDM, SMSTS, CSCS) to maintain a safe working environment.

Budget and Cost Management: Work closely with the commercial team to effectively manage project costs and ensure budget adherence.

Material Sourcing: Leverage your knowledge of local suppliers and the procurement process to source high-quality materials for the project. What Sire Manager They’re Looking For:



Proven Experience: Extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects, ideally with a focus on luxury new builds.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.

Expert Knowledge: A thorough understanding of traditional building techniques, luxury finishes, and all aspects of construction management.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local suppliers, material sourcing, and cost-effective procurement methods.
