Site Manager (Short-Term Project) \n \nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project involving minor partitioning works in an existing boardroom. The scope includes creating a TV screen wall, flooring and lighting replacements, decoration, and small power/data modifications. \n \nProject Duration: 2 weeks initially \nStart Date: Tuesday, 22nd April \nCompletion Target: Friday, 2nd May \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n \nSite preparation and protection \nInduction and management of subcontractors \nManaging incoming deliveries \nLiaising with building management \nOverseeing construction works \nEnsuring all Health & Safety requirements are met \nAttending weekly site meetings with the client and project manager \nProviding general assistance to subcontractors and ensuring the site remains clean and organised \n \nRequirements: \n \nPrevious experience in site supervision for commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects \nStrong organisational and communication skills \nAbility to coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth project execution \nKnowledge of Health & Safety regulations \nSMSTS or SSSTS \n \nIf you are available and interested in this short-term role, please apply now
