Site Manager

A leading property development company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team on a new build apartment scheme in Liverpool.



Reporting into a Project Manager, you will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:



Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities.

Managing and supervising subcontractors and site personnel.

Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Enforcing and maintaining strict health and safety procedures.

Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any issues proactively.

Keeping site records up to date, including daily logs and risk assessments.Requirements:



Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.

Previous experience of building apartments or other multi occupancy buildings

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and organisational skills
