I'm currently working with a key client, a UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Stoke On Trent. The scheme compromises of 150 Traditional build units, mixture of houses and apartments.



Duties:



As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover.

You will be responsible for managing the programme

Managing subcontractors on site

Managing health and safety

Weekly reporting and reporting into the Project Manager on site.

Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards

Undertake regular quality control audits, document observations and follow up on outcomes.Benefits:
