1 weeks site cover\n\nLinsco are looking for an Site Manager to start work on a New build care home project . The role will be overseeing the groundworks package for a 1 week cover.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and oversee groundworks package\nSupervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.\nEnsure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.\nConduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.\nMaintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.\n\nRequirements:\n\n✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid \n✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.\n\nIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV. \n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
