Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a high profile & prestiguos project in Birmingham.\nExperience in the Building, steel frame, Refurb & M&E sectors would be highly advantageous for this position. As a Site Manager, you will work closely with the Sub Contractors, Project Manager & Contracts Manager.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.\n * Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including supervision of subcontractors and trades.\n * Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.\n * Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.\n * Maintain clear and effective communication between the site and office teams.\n * Monitor progress and quality control throughout all phases of construction.\n * Manage site resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.\n * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contractual specifications and standards.\n * Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to avoid delays or additional costs.\nIf you are a skilled Site Manager with a strong background in Building, Refurb & M&E projects, and you're looking for a challenging role, we would like to hear from you.\nThis is a 9 month scheme initially, with excellent possibility of continual work
