Job Description
Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start work on a Re-Cladding project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cladding works and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.\nSupervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.\nEnsure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.\nConduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.\nLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.\nMaintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.\n\nRequirements:\n\n✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid \n✅ Enhanced DBS check\n✅ Previous experience on New build care homes\n✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.\n\nIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV. \n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
