️ ‍♂️Site Manager – Roofing Projects ️ ‍♂️ Location: Berkshire-based, overseeing sites across Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum​ About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to lead our roofing projects across Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire. Our company specialises in a comprehensive range of roofing services, including roof repairs, full roof installations, cladding installations, liquid waterproofing, and expert inspections. With in-house installation teams and qualified project managers, we ensure seamless project execution from initial survey to completion.​ Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.​ Coordinate and supervise in-house installation teams and subcontractors.​ Conduct site inspections and surveys to determine project requirements.​ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.​ Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.​ Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.​ Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing or construction industry.​ Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including single-ply membranes and liquid waterproofing systems.​ Excellent leadership and communication skills.​ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.​ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.​ Valid UK driving license.​ Desirable: Familiarity with roof access systems, cladding installations, and gutter maintenance.​ Experience with electronic leak detection testing and thermal testing.​ What We Offer: Competitive salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.​ Opportunities for professional development and career progression.​ A supportive and collaborative work environment.​ Company vehicle or travel allowance
