Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager with a strong background in cladding\nOur client is a leading refurbishment company who operate across the UK\nThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard\nThe project involves the removal & re-instalment of aluminium cladding to a 7-storey building with tenants in Leicester.\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Manage and coordinate all site activities\n• Oversee cladding installation processes and ensure compliance with specifications\n• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed\n• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders\n• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting updates to senior management\n• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively\nQualifications:\n• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on cladding\n• Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques\n• Excellent leadership and communication skills\n• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\n• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\n• Relevant construction management qualifications or certification\nThis role is to run for 5/6 months & will start early September\nMonday to Friday 8am-17.30pm\nDay rate £212 - £300 DOE
