Are you a Site Manager from a Construction background with a SMSTS qualification, looking to join a growing business within the social housing sector with clear routes to progress to Project Management and even up to Contract Manager level?

On offer is the opportunity to run a variety of projects, where you will be responsible for a team on site made up of electricians and scaffolders, whilst overseeing material ordering and ensuring works are completed to specification.

In this role you will be working closely with site facilitators and the liaison officer, attending monthly client meetings and carrying out daily safety and compliance checks.

This company are a leading provider of innovative retrofit and decarbonisation solutions, transforming social housing with energy-efficient upgrades, renewable energy installations, and full-property refurbishments also in communities through training and job opportunities.

This role would suit a Site Manager from a construction background with a SMSTS qualification, looking to join a growing business that will provide ongoing routes to progress your career to contract and project management roles.

The Role

• Running a variety of projects (Refurb / New Build)
• Responsible for a team on site (Electricians / Scaffolders)
• Material ordering & health and safety checks
• Based in site office
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours
