Site Manager - Demolition & Groundworks

Job DescriptionSite Manager (CIS) – Demolition & Groundworks 

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the demolition and groundworks of a residential project in London. This is a freelance role for approximately four months, requiring strong leadership and previous experience in demolition and shallow drainage/groundworks.

About the Role:

• Leading the demolition of two four-story residential blocks

\n

• Managing site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently

\n

• Overseeing shallow drainage and basic groundworks

\n

• Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

\n

• Keeping the project on schedule and within budget

\n

• Completing all the necessary site paperwork and documentation 

\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience in demolition and groundworks

\n

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams

\n

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification required

\n

• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations

\n

• Available to start mid March on a self-employed basis

\n
