Site Manager (M&E)

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a M&E Site Manager for a London based project.



Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.



Responsibilities:



* Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical works on-site.



* Ensure all installations meet design specifications and safety standards.



* Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.



* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.



* Resolve any on-site issues and provide technical support.



* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.



* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



* Monitor project progress and report to senior management.



Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.



* Extensive experience in M&E site management, particularly in large-scale projects.



* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.



* Excellent leadership and communication skills.



* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.



* Proficiency in project management software.
