Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading maintenance company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new Site Manager to join their team covering all repairs projects in North London.



They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a team of operatives covering all repairs maintenance across the North London area.



Duties:



Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including scheduling, costings, and budget management.

Maintain clear communication with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Oversee project direction, ensuring compliance with client specifications, reviewing progress, and liaising with the Commercial Manager to monitor costs.

Ensure adherence to legal requirements, policies, financial procedures, procurement, and framework rules to mitigate risks.

Regularly review project statuses to ensure projects are on track within agreed timescales.

Raise quotations for works.

Design and quote efficiently for commercial heating systems.

Promote and enforce health and safety practices, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance.

Directly manage Site Supervisors to ensure effective day-today project management.

Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and representatives to update them on project progress.



Key Knowledge:



Gas Safe Passport (CPA1, COCDN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1, CORT1)

Knowledge of boiler houses and plant rooms in a commercial setting, dealing with a range of plant room sizes from 100Kw to 5Mw (combined)

SMSTS/SSSTS certification

Previous management experience.

Proven track record of leading on-site and driving performance.

Experience in working within a social housing environment.

Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
