Position: Site Manager , Location: North West ,Permanent role Salary: £Competitive Benefits: Healthcare, Pension, Company Vehicle\n\nKey requirements\n\n- Certifications\n\n- SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme)\n\n- First Aid\n\n- CSCS\n\nBackground\n\n- Comes from a trade background\n\n- Has experience working in hospitality refurbishments\n\nProject Scheme: Hospitality fit out's \n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations\n\n- Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments\n\n- Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines\n\n- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.\n\n- Overseeing site operations\n\n- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality\n\nSkills and Competences\n\n- Strong Leadership and organizational skills\n\n- Excellent communication skills\n\n- Able to work to deadlines and be target driven
