The team is dedicated to transforming spaces and we are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join us in this exciting journey.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our refurbishment projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage and oversee all aspects of refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\n * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\n\n * Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against those plans.\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.\n\n * Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.\n\n * Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.\n\n * Lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.\n\n * Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.\n\n * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and best practices.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, with a focus on refurbishment projects.\n\n * West-London-Based\n\n * Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.\n\n * Excellent project management and organizational skills.\n\n * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.\n\n * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.\n\n * Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n * Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) and a valid driving license.\n\n * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.\n\nIf you are a motivated Site Manager looking to take on new challenges in refurbishment projects, we would love to hear from you!
