Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Site Manager working on a refurbishment / fit out in Manchester. 3 to 4 days a weekAs a Site Manager you will be required to: Liaise with trades. Manage labour on site. Manage materials. Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards. Carry out inductions Follow health and safety procedures* Open and close siteThe candidate:You will be driven, hardworking and an ability to take ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Other requirements for the role:

CSCS SMSTS. First Aid. Extensive experience on similar projects.

Duration - 4 weeks work, 3 to 4 days a week ( will be required for a few days after handover for snagging )
