Site Manager – Renewable Energy



Up to £70,000 plus benefits

MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Site Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Manager, to manage and optimise production output, maintenance and health and safety of a 24/7 process plant based in Mitcham, South London.



As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:



Managing day to day operations ensuring production targets are hit and the delivery of KPIs

Overall operating effectiveness and ensuring best practice for plant performance

Leading, managing and developing a multi-skilled operations team

Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.

Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times

Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits

Overseeing site project improvements and upgrades

Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:



Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plant

People management and leadership skills

Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, CHP, etc.)

WAMITAB COTC (achieved or working towards)

HNC / HND / City & Guilds Level 3 or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including a discretionary annual bonus.
